Abstract:Smart industry takes the cyber-physical systems as the carrier and uses perceived data to accurately understand, measure, diagnose and forecast the production, logistics and energy flow processes. On this basis, precise control is made on production planning, scheduling optimization decision-making, operation and control to realize the intelligent ability of factories. This talk discusses the structural function and implementation mechanism of smart industry from both intra-enterprise and inter-enterprise perspectives: 1) For the intra-enterprise perspective, the logic structure of quality PDDE (Quality Perception, Quality Discovery, Product Quality Design, Process Design and Optimization) is constructed. Through data analytics and systems optimization, the core decision-making problem of improving quality and efficiency is solved, and the intra-enterprise cultivation is deepened; 2) For the inter-enterprise perspective, the organizational management mode of MCIS (Manufacture-Circulation Industrial System) is proposed. The intelligent game method is used to solve the group decision-making problems of inter-enterprise competition or cooperation, improve circulation efficiency in organized manufacturing, and increase the connection among enterprises. With the intra-enterprise cultivation and inter-enterprise connection, it greatly supports the high-quality development for industrial intelligence in China.

         報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:立新,中國(guó)工程院院士,IEEE Fellow,現(xiàn)為東北大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)(科技規(guī)劃、國(guó)際合作),第十四屆全國(guó)人大代表,東北大學(xué)控制科學(xué)與工程(工業(yè)自動(dòng)化)國(guó)家一級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人,智能工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)解析與優(yōu)化教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、工業(yè)智能與系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化國(guó)家級(jí)前沿科學(xué)中心主任和首席科學(xué)家、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件國(guó)家工程研究中心工業(yè)軟件首席設(shè)計(jì)師。兼任國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)第八屆學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員、教育部科技委人工智能專(zhuān)委會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)科協(xié)優(yōu)化算法與軟件決策咨詢(xún)首席專(zhuān)家、中國(guó)金屬學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)兼智能工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)解析與優(yōu)化專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)主任、清華大學(xué)自動(dòng)化系咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)委員、北京大學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)分析與應(yīng)用技術(shù)國(guó)家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。主要研究方向?yàn)楣I(yè)智能與系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化理論方法,包括工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)解析與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、深度學(xué)習(xí)與進(jìn)化學(xué)習(xí)、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)與動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化、凸優(yōu)化與稀疏優(yōu)化、整數(shù)與組合最優(yōu)化、計(jì)算智能優(yōu)化等理論方法,智能工業(yè)全流程生產(chǎn)與庫(kù)存計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)與物流批調(diào)度、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程操作優(yōu)化與最優(yōu)控制等系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化技術(shù),過(guò)程監(jiān)測(cè)、設(shè)備診斷、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)知等質(zhì)量解析技術(shù),圖像理解、語(yǔ)音識(shí)別、可視仿真等工業(yè)智能技術(shù),以及在鋼鐵制造、裝備/芯片制造、能源工業(yè)、物流系統(tǒng)、信息工業(yè)中的工程應(yīng)用。現(xiàn)為7個(gè)國(guó)際工業(yè)智能與系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域重要SCI期刊的Associate Editor或編委,包括IISE Transactions, IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Journal of Scheduling, International Journal of Production Research Associate Editor,國(guó)際期刊 Annals of Operations Research 編委,國(guó)際期刊 Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research 區(qū)域主編(Area Editor)。發(fā)表在國(guó)際工業(yè)與系統(tǒng)工程旗艦期刊 IISE Transactions 的論文被評(píng)為2017年度最佳應(yīng)用論文獎(jiǎng)Best Applications Paper Award)。
